With a degree in Psychology, Brandon brings diverse experience in multiple leadership and management areas. After playing semi-professional soccer Brandon was introduced to the Veterinary industry when his personal pet became sick. He fell in love with the interactions he had at the veterinary clinic and applied as an entry-level assistant. Since then he has worked his way through nearly every position in a practice, and became a practice owner in 2018. Having managed small (<10 employees) and very large (>180 employees) practices Brandon brings great experience in a variety of topics. He is no a full-time practice management consultant working with many practices, and speaking to thousands of veterinary professionals each year.

Description: One of the most challenging things in practice is dealing with upset clients, and combative team members.

Description: Management can be a dark and lonely place. As a growing manager I made a lot of mistakes I wish I had known about. As associates, and potential future management team members you'll want to know about these pitfalls before falling into them.
