Dan is a graduate of Purdue University, School of Veterinary Medicine. Dan is an owner/partner as well as practicing veterinarian of 13 veterinary hospitals in and around the Chicago area. He founded his first hospital at age 27. He has a passion for mentoring and coaching young doctors as well as a strong interest in client compliance. He partners with young doctors to build knowledge in the business of veterinary medicine and to ensure their success as future practice partners/owners. Dan speaks throughout the United States to veterinarians and practice managers. He is a managing partner at MarkRoy Consulting - a consulting and mentoring company for veterinarians desiring to take their practices to new heights. Dan is married to his college sweetheart and a father of for boys

Description: Practice ownership or partnership can be an exciting path for many veterinarian. I will explain the do's and don't to becoming a owner/partner.

Description: All veterinarians are leaders: how to be an effective leader as a doctor

Topic #4: Culture: The key to practice success

Description: Culture will beat strategy all day long. I will outline the why, how and benefits of developing a culture no matter your role as a veterinarian.

Speaker Fees: travel expense and talking fee is reduced for veterinary schools/clubs/organization: Reduced fee: $500 - can usually get a sponsorship to pay for honorarium
